Simon Broch is an investor and operator with experience across private equity, alternative investments, hedge fund management, and intellectual property technology. His background includes roles at HBK Investments, where he traded global macro, relative value, and merger arbitrage strategies, and as Founding Partner of OVS Capital Management, a specialised long short equity fund. He later served as CEO of an outsourced trading desk serving institutional asset managers.

He has founded and scaled businesses internationally, including strategic investment firms, technology ventures, and healthcare management platforms. He serves as Managing Partner of Alwoodley Capital and as an investor and partner in Nomadic Ventures, and he holds various board and advisory roles.
